tributes to former minister Mandali Venkata Krishna Rao


  Telugu leaders and scholars who came here from all over the world to participate in the first International    Telugu internet conference paid glowing tributes to former minister Mandali Venkata Krishna Rao on Tuesday.

                   AP Hindi academy chairman Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad presided over the death anniversary of Venkata Krishna Rao organized by Silicon Andhra at the Indian communicate center here said that the seed that grew into the tree of the first internet conference was planted by Venkata Krishna Rao when he conducted the first world telugu conference in Lal bahadur stadium Hyderabad.

                 Silicon Andhra founder and Secretary  said that the organization was trying to continue with commitment what Venkata Krishna Rao began with first world telugu conference.

               Former minister Mandali Buddha Prasad  said that unless Andhra Pradesh government took it upon itself to promote telugu language, the language slowly deteriorate and disappear. He said people the Telugus were great but they weren’t progressing for lack of proper leaders. He said his father was great influence on him and that he would continue the work he started.

Andhra praba editor Vijay Babu said that Venkata Krishna Rao was totally preoccupied with serving the people.
